A downloadable game for Windows

This is an incredibly rough, unfinished and sloppily made prototype of a game that was made during a personal game jam, where I made this in 48 hours, my theme was to make something that "innovates upon existing conventions", and so I tried my damn best to do that.

You control a small fairy, who functions both as your character and your cursor for selecting options in an RPG menu, so you must manage both avoid attacks while trying to navigate your way around a grid-locked menu plane, you can also jump sideways which is kinda neat.

Right now only "fight" and "item" actually work, but I left the other buttons in as without them your movement around the menu would be limited, leaving you only a very small amount of space to move around in.

I doubt anyone will actually see or play this outside of a few friends and family members, but there is a built in speed-run system where you time playing in each run is recorded (side note: your time isn't recorded in cut-scenes, but is during the tutorial)

Oh yeah, and the game has a story, and small cutscenes, the story kinda sucks though, but hopefully it's simple and charming enough that you can still get a bit of enjoyment out of it.
